Workforce Planning

PeopleStreme Workforce Planning is designed to assist organisations with the execution of future Workforce Planning requirements. The software is provided with in-built modes for Workforce Forecasting and Workforce Restructuring.

Overview – Forecasting Mode
In workforce forecasting Mode, PeopleStreme Workforce Planning has the following features:

  • Forecast - By Scenario by Department.
    Allows HR managers to select the Scenario, year and Department they would like to plan for, then complete the plan for this Department.
  • Workforce Forecast Strategy – By Scenario by Department.
    Once the forecast is complete, HR can then complete the Strategy in consultation with the line manager ensuring the strategy is sound, can be completed and is realistic.

Overview – Restructuring Mode

In workforce restructuring Mode, the following tools are available.

  • Workforce Restructure – By Scenario by Department.
    In this mode, the Workforce Planners can plan multiple restructure Scenarios and model cost savings, organisation structure and risk factors.
  • Workforce Restructure Strategy – By Scenario by Department.
    Once the restructure plan is complete, HR can then complete the Strategy in consultation with the line managers to ensure the strategy is sound, can be completed and is realistic.

Reporting

The system automatically builds reports for each Department and for the organisation.

  • In Forecasting mode, the system produces a forecast for each daprtment and for the organisation as a whole.
  • In Restructure mode, the system produces restructure reports for each department and the organisation including an organisational chart.
  • In addition to the standard reports, a custom report writer enables users to generate their own reports.
